What does the website design process entail?
Once the website design proposal is accepted, you will be provided with an onboarding document that includes a website design questionnaire, checklist, and project timeline. After the questionnaire is completed, RB Collaborative will begin the research process, provide a website blueprint for approval, and begin the design work. After the project is completed and approved for launch, we will handle all of the connections and provide staff training, as needed. Work is collaborative — effective communication is key to making our partnerships a success.
What is my role in the website design process?
Clients are responsible for supplying all assets and requested information in a timely manner. Timelines are dependent on effective communication.

Website design proposals are customized to the individual client. Our base package begins at $2,000 for an optimized 5-page website It includes custom design, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO. More robust sites with multiple pages or dropdown menus, blog setup, portfolio galleries, and simple integrations range from $2,500 — 7,000. Complex builds with e-commerce functionality, member portals, complex customizations, or websites with heavy custom coding fall into this category begin at $7,000.
